This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties in Tocantins State:"Fazenda Marília", in the Municipality of Colméia; "Fazenda Jatobá", in the Municipality of Cristalândia; "Fazendas Orlândia, São Pedro e Araraquara", in the Municipality of Colméia. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

La presente Ley introduce particulares normas de aplicación de la Ley provincial Nº 155, la cual tiene por objeto la conservación del suelo agrícola. A tales efectos, dispone la delimitación del territorio provincial en dos zonas de erosión, con características ecológicas y económicas bien definidas (art. 1º). El artículo 5º indica las medidas que podrá adoptar el Ministerio de Economía y Obras Públicas al fin de extender y promover la conservación del suelo.

This Agreement consists of 14 articles and it shall be subject to the provisions of Reciprocal Encouragement and Protection of Investment between the two Parts (art. 1). The Government of Sudan shall grant to the Government of Syria a land for exploitation located in Abu Quta-Province Alhsahisa situated in the State of Aljazeera with an area of 30,000 Faddan without any restriction rights (art. 2). The exploitation of the aforementioned land shall be valid for 50 years (art. 3).

This Resolution is composed of 12 Sections divided into 189 articles. Fundaments and criterions for land and real estate valuation, rent value and valuation committees are dealt with Section I. Free disposal over lands and immovable or the symbolic rent is provided for in Section II. Free disposal over designated lands and built immovable is given in Section III. Rules for sale or rent of the State’s agricultural lands (sect. IV). Section V refers to desert lands. Provisions and rules for sale and rent by auction (sect. VI). Rules and provisions for sale instalments (sect. VII).

This Order stipulates that, subject to certain conditions, development of any class specified in the First Schedule to this Order is permitted and may be undertaken upon land to which this Order applies, without the permission of the Development Applications Board.

La presente Ley introduce el régimen normativo de colonización y tierras fiscales, introduciendo reglas en tema de dominio privado provincial (arts. 1º y 2º), expropiaciones (arts. 3º-13), reservas forestales (arts. 14 y 15), ya sea con relación a tierras rurales que urbanas.La tierra rural será subdividida de manera tal que cada parcela, adecuadamente trabajada, constituya una unidad económica de explotación, agrícola, ganadera, mixta, granjera o especial, para la zona de su ubicación (art. 20).

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties in the State of Piaui: "Fazenda São Caetano", in the Municipality of Caraúbas do Piauí; "Limaza", in the Municipality of Palmeirais; "Serra de São Francisco", in the Municipality of São Miguel do Tapuio; "Lages", in the Municipality of Beneditinos; "Feijão, Piedade e Ginga de Fora", in the Municipality of Morro do Chapéu; "Bonfim, Genipapeiro, Santa Filomena, Santarém e Centro do Gastão", in the Municipality of Miguel Alves.

Any owner, whose return has been rejected under section 7 of the Land Tax Act and for which an assessment has been made, may object to the valuation with the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys who may refer the matter to the Judge in Chambers (sect. 11). The notice of appeal required by section 11 of the Land Tax Act shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule hereto.

This Law, composed of 89 articles divided in 5 chapters, regulates the general principles on land rights. In particular, the Law rules on: property rights, rural community rights, natural resources’ use and protection measures, land expropriation, land concession, territorial planning, land classification, and registration procedures.

This Act provides rule for tenancy relationships and relevant contracts, including contracts for agricultural tenancies.The Act consists of 37 sections divided into 6 Parts; Preliminary (I); Payment of rent (II); Short residential tenancies (III); Termination of contracts of tenancy (IV); Recovery of possession and mesne profits (V); Supplemental (VI).Section 12 prescribes minimum periods of notice of termination of agricultural tenancies.

The present Land Code and other legislative acts issued in accordance with it are based upon the following principles: 1) consideration of the importance of land as the basis of vital and economic activity of man and at the same time as immovable property, object of the right of ownership and other land rights; 2) priority of protection of land as the main environmental component in accordance with consideration of land as immovable property that that guarantees to the owner the right of ownership, possession and disposal of land freely on condition that it does not cause damage environment
