This Regional Act sets out the legislative framework governing the public use and management of public lands for agro-forestry and silvopastoralism purposes. These provisions specify the administrative functions that pertain to the Regional Executive and the Mountain and Forest Economy Service in this matter.

This Act sets out the legislative framework related to mountain territories ands their management. In particular, the Act deals with subsidies to be granted for the improvement of such territories, particularly as regards the management of sylvopastoral resources. Further provisions concern the expropriation procedures to be applied, the institutional framework and the procedures for adopting the reclamation plan.

This Act provides for measures to improve the well-being of certain communities in the Northern Territory. The Act also concerns, among other things, the grant of leases by the Commonwealth, acquisition of rights, titles and interests in land by the Commonwealth, vesting rights, titles and interests in land in the Commonwealth and registration of dealings with land done by force of this Act. The Act makes consequential amendments to the Native Title Act, the Special Purposes Leases Act and the Crown Lands Act.

This Regulation of the Government supplements the scope of information for soil block or part of soil block blocks kept in the records of the use of agricultural land.

El presente Decreto interpreta el artículo 135 de la Ley de Reforma Agraria, en el sentido de que la facultad que corresponde al Estado de conocer y resolver todo lo relacionado con la tenencia y explotación de las tierras destinadas a la reforma agraria, incluye el arrendamiento de tierras rurales susceptibles de uso agrícola o ganadero.

This Act provides for control of tenancy contracts of small holdings, i.e. parcels of land intended for cultivation or pasturage, with or without buildings thereon, consisting of not less than a quarter of an acre and not more than 25 acres. The Act provides rules relative to contracts of tenancy and provides with respect to evidence of registered contracts. A contract of tenancy shall be registered by the landlord with the Registrar of the High Court.

This Act establishes the Agricultural Rent Board for purposes of control of rent of small holdings, i.e. parcels of land intended for cultivation or pasturage, with or without buildings thereon, consisting of not less than a quarter of an acre and not more than 25 acres. The Board shall have the power and duty to determine the standard rent of small holdings situated in any controlled area in Montserrat.

This Act provides rules relative to agriculture in Montserrat. The provisions of this Act shall have effect for the purpose of securing that owners and occupiers of agricultural land fulfil their responsibilities to the community to manage and farm the land so as to prevent erosion and ruination of the soil. The Governor shall appoint an Agricultural Lands Commissioner.

This Proclamation provides for a new system of administration for rural land management and use and for sustainable rural land use planning based on the different agro-ecological zones of the country necessary for the conservation and development of natural resources. This Proclamation shall apply to any rural land in Ethiopia, i.e.

This Ministerial Decree regulates purchase and sale of agricultural land pertaining to public and private ownership. Purchase and sale of the plots of land shall be carried by owners otherwise it can be carried out by third party in accordance with notarized letter of authority. Sale of agricultural land polluted with chemicals and radioactive substances exceeding maximum allowed limits shall be prohibited. Purposeful use of agricultural land after transaction shall be preserved along with existing servitude.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the assessment of farm land. In particular, section 1 establishes that the enclosed land value schedules must be used for determination of value for the purposes of assessment of agricultural land. The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the standards for the classification of farm land. In particular, section 4 establishes that the assessor must classify as farm all or part of a parcel of land used for: a) primary agricultural production, b) a farmer's dwelling, or c) the training and boarding of horses when operated in conjunction with horse rearing.2) Land will only be classed as farm where part of a parcel or parcels of land are: a) necessary to the farm, and b) predominantly used for primary agricultural production.
