La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular la doble naturaleza de la veguería, determinar la división territorial de Cataluña en veguerías y establecer el régimen jurídico de los consejos de veguería y la transición de las diputaciones provinciales a los nuevos consejos de veguería. La veguería es un ente local con personalidad jurídica propia, determinado por la agrupación de municipios, y constituye el ámbito territorial específico para el ejercicio del gobierno intermunicipal de cooperación local.
The present Law enforces the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1976. The purpose of the present Law is to achieve a balanced and economical use of land with a view to the natural living conditions, protection of nature and cultural heritage. The text consists of 68 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Planning law (II); Planning regulations (III); Legal protection (IV); Penalties (V); Transitional and final provisions (VI).
The Parliament establishes that until 30 April 2014 purchase of agricultural and forest land by foreigners shall be prohibited and purchase and sale contract related to purchase of agricultural and forest land by foreigners shall not be concluded.
The present Law enforces the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Canton promotes the efforts of the federal government to maintain an efficient agriculture according to the federal rural soil legislation and shall take the necessary measures for its implementation. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following aspects: principles, sphere of application, duties of alpine cooperatives, duties of land registry office, cantonal right of pre-emption, cottages, local courts and entry into force.
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Agricultural Lease Act of 4 October 1985. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the implementation of the aforementioned Federal Act. This Act enforces regulations on notification to the Plant Directorate of any fertilizing activity by companies operating in plant production.
This Law establishes moratorium on transfer (transformation) of irrigated arable land to other categories of land. This provision shall not be applicable to cemeteries. Irrigated arable land transferred to cemeteries shall not be used for other purposes.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of land reclamation, soil rehabilitation and subsequent re-utilization thereof for agricultural, forestry and other purposes. Objects of reclamation shall be disturbed land that after a complex of land reclamation arrangements shall be returned to land tenants. Land tenants that accept returned reclaimed land and rehabilitated soil shall be responsible for restoration of soil fertility by application of fertilizers and sowing of agricultural crops, and also for timely return of land to agricultural production.
This Order amends the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991 and the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 in relation with farm structure, annulment of post lease agreements, Limited Duration Tenancy and the landlord’s obligations regarding the provision of fixed equipment.

Through this Order, agricultural products produced in this country must bear indications referring to organic production method in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products.
The aim of this Proclamation is to improve management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders. The Proclamation defines the right to acquire, free of charge, rural land by adult residents of the region, whose livelihood depends on agriculture, and other subjects. It also defines land use rights of peasants, pastoralists and semi-pastoralists and provides for the protection of such rights.
