La Nouvelle lettre de politique de développement agricole (NLPDA) vise à améliorer l’efficacité et l’efficience des exploitations familiales et des marchés, promouvoir l’entreprenariat agricole grâce à la stimulation de l’initiative privée et améliorer l’efficacité des exportations. Elle va s’appuyer sur les dynamiques d’investissement privé, de production et de recherche de productivité dans l’agriculture.

This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on the protection of agricultural land. The present Act defines new principles of protection of agricultural land.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of allotment in ownership free of charge of plots of land pertaining to public and municipal property to multi-child families, and also establishes minimum and maximum land areas of the aforesaid plots of land. Multi-child family shall be considered family with three or more children less than 18 years of age. The aforesaid plots of land in inhabited areas shall be allotted for housing construction and subsistence family farming. Allotment of the aforesaid plots of land shall be performed once-only.

This Second National Environment Action Plan is a nation-wide sectoral document that provides a framework to guide the efforts in ensuring that the Maldives continues to develop in a sustainable manner. The approach taken in the formulation of this NEAP II results in drawing out a number of key issues which need to be addressed and then identifying appropriate responses to them. The aim of this Action Plan is to protect and preserve the environment of the Maldives, and to sustainably manage its resources for the collective benefit and enjoyment of present and future generations.

El presente Decreto Ley establece un régimen especial de Seguridad Social que protege a los usufructuarios de tierra, incluidos los usufructuarios para el cultivo de tabaco, café y cacao. El régimen especial de Seguridad Social ofrece protección ante la vejez, la invalidez total temporal o permanente y, en caso de muerte, a su familia, así como a la usufructuaria ante la maternidad, de acuerdo con lo regulado en el presente decreto ley.

The scope of this Law shall be to prevent speculation in agricultural land and preserve traditional forms of farming; to create conditions for the formation of rational land holdings and land consolidation; and to promote the rational use of agricultural land. It shall not be applicable to agricultural land of subsistence farming, land used for horticulture and gardening, and inherited land and land owned by the way of restoration of legal rights of ownership.

This Decision approves the master plan on socio-economic development of Cao Bang province through 2020, with a vision toward 2025 (below referred to as the master plan) with the following principal contents: 1. The master plan on socio-economic development of Cao Bang province through 2020, with a vision toward 2025 must conform to the national socio-economic development strategy, the master plan on socio-economic development in the northern midland and mountainous region and ensure consistency with the sectoral development master plans. 2.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maximum agricultural land area that can be in ownership or in land tenure with the application of other land rights of citizens performing family farming shall be 2,5 ha”.

This Act amends various written laws including the Wildlife Conservation Act (in respect of Disposal of trophies during proceedings), the Sugar Industry Act and the Land Act (in section 19(2), by inserting the phrase “or issued under the Export Processing Zones Act” immediately after the words “the Tanzania Investment Act” appearing in paragraphs (b) and (c).

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Basic Payment and Support Schemes (Wales) Regulations 2015 and the Common Agricultural Policy (Integrated Administration and Control System and Enforcement and Cross Compliance) (Wales) Regulations 2014 by inserting provisions which provide that there will be a national reserve established by the Welsh Ministers setting out, in priority order, how funds in that reserve will be used.

This Regulation amends Annex 1 of the Regulation establishing vulnerable areas and the use and storage of fertilizers and manure fertilizers, crop rotation and implementation of erosion-control measures in these areas. This Annex specifies vulnerable areas which are geographically defined by the cadastral territory of the Czech Republic.
