This Act stipulates that a Parish Council of a parish shall charge for the supply of all water from the water works in such parish in accordance with rules to be made by such Council, provided that the Minister may at any time, and from time to time, by Order, provide for the free distribution of water to specified persons or class of persons.

This Act, consisting of 24 sections and completed by two Schedules, regulates the activities of land valuers, i.e. any person who carries on a business that consists of or involves valuing land. The Act defines the qualifications required to carry out the business of land valuers, regulates their activities and provides for the solution of disputes arising from their work.

This Act grants power to the Minister to issue permission to anyone to construct or maintain on public lands any road necessary or useful for mining, woodcutting or other purposes. The Minister may attach to the grant of permission such terms and conditions he or she thinks fit including the right to cut timber on public lands for purposes of road.

It shall be lawful for the President of the State in all State grants and leases of land to cause signature thereto to be attached by means of a stamp of facsimile of his sign manual and those grants and leases shall have the same effect as grants and leases bearing the actual autograph or sign manual of the President.

This Act, consisting of four Parts and completed by six Schedules, concerns the sale of certain lands in New South Wales and related matters. It regulates the stipulation of contracts related procedures.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la creación, en el ámbito de la Legislatura de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, de la Comisión Bicameral para la atención y seguimiento de desastres naturales provocados por emergencias hídricas o de carácter climático.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la demarcación en terreno y en cartografía, así como la preparación de mapas de zonas de riesgo que incluyan líneas limítrofes que delimiten: a) la zona prohibida; b) las zonas con restricciones parciales; c) la zona con restricciones severas; d) la zona de advertencia; e) los deslindes a los que se refiere el artículo 2.750 (2º párrafo) del Código Civil.

La presente Ley dispone la adjudicación a las Comunidades del Pueblo Ona de Tierra del Fuego de las tierras correspondientes a la Reservación Aborigen, indicadas en los artículos 3º y 4º, conforme a lo establecido por la Ley Nacional Nº 23.302.

This Act is dedicated to land use planning, which include, among others: determining the limits of land use, determining the necessary intervention for sanitation, reconstruction or cultivation purposes, assessing and evaluating the technical effects of land management and use, proposing the use of land resources for the most effective development of land.
