In the Article 8 the wording “land of kolkhozes and state agricultural enterprises” shall be substituted with the wording “other non-agricultural land”. Article 9 shall be supplemented with the wording “plots of land allotted for farming and subsidiary small-holding”.

This Act declares that the King may by will or by deed or by any other means confer on and grant to any person s specified title in land and other real property. This title shall become hereditary but where a person cannot succeed to, or continue to hold, the title and estates for specified reasons, the title and estates shall revert to the Crown.

This Decree makes provision for the establishment of tribunals by the Minister, define the jurisdiction of such tribunals and lay down the procedures for the submission to and handling of claims by such tribunals.The tribunal shall be competent in small claims as defined by this Decree but shall not have jurisdiction in respect of any claim: (a) for the recovery of land or any estate or interes

This Act lays down detailed provisions to implement the Act on the relations of ownership of land and other agrarian property. In particular, it defines the competences and tasks of the Czech Republic administrative authorities, with specific regard to those pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture.

This Act, which is composed of seven Sections, sets out provisions regulating ownership relations as well as settlement of related disputes in companies. Particular regard is given to agricultural enterprises.

This Act, which is composed of 18 articles, establishes the Land Fund of the Czech Republic. The Land Fund is a legal person recorded in the Trade Register. The Fund is in charge of the management of real estate belonging to the State. If the owner of a real estate is unknown, the Land Fund may allow any suitable interested person to use such real property.

This Act makes amendments in regards to the computerisation of land registration and fees thereof.

This Decree amends the Local Government Act by repealing section 71A and replacing it with a new provision. Section 71A defines "registered lease" for the purpose of rating of land.

This Decree amends the Local Government Act in subsection (1) of section 64. That subsection requires every council to cause a general valuation of all such land to be made at least once in every six years for purposes of ascertaining and determining the unimproved value of rateable land.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to land use planning. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Commissioner may designate any area in the Territories as a development area where the Commissioner considers that it will be necessary in the public interest to regulate the orderly development of the area, as contemplated by this Act.
