La presente Ley declara de interés y utilidad pública sujeta a expropriación, a regularización del uso de la tierra o a creación de reservas naturales, la fracción de terrenos del ámbito de la Provincia definida en el artículo 1º.

This Law, composed of eight articles, rules on native populations’ permanence in Conservation Units. The Law authorises the State Government to grant the right of using the occupied land to those native populations residing since over 50 years in Rio De Janeiro Conservation Units. The Law also requires native populations to actively participate in the preservation of the aforesaid units.

The present Law regulates leasing relations in the Azerbaijan Republic, determines rights and obligations of subjects of leasing contract. The document consists of V Secs. that contain 16 Arts. This Law establishes that objects of proprietary right are land, subsoil, inner and territorial waters, continental shelf, air basin, flora and fauna, enterprises, property complexes, buildings, structures, equipment, raw and other materials, money, securities, other property of industrial, social, cultural and other character, products of intellectual and creative activity.

The present Law determines principles and organizational and legal basis of the privatization of state property. The document consists of 27 Articles Art. 1 gives definition of privatization. Article 2 regards legislation on privatization of state property. Article 3 regards carrying out privatization of state property. Article 4 regards objects of privatization.

National Assembly decrees to carry out privatization of state property on the basis of annual programs validated by the National Assembly, National Bank and other banks must provide for timely carrying out banking operations connected with privatization of state property. The Ministry of Finance must allot finances for carrying out program of privatization of state property.

There is hereby established the regional legislative framework on town and country planning, which shall aim at the protection and preservation of natural, cultural and environmental resources. Town and country planning shall be based upon the regional environmental plan, territorial coordination plans and general urban plans drawn up at the municipal level.

This Law is composed of 6 Chapters divided into 34 articles. Chapter I deals with terms and definitions. Chapter II provides for ownership expropriation steps and measures, estimation measures and compensation and complaint. Chapter III refers to provisions related to the temporary taking possession of lands. Chapter IV pertains to provisions related to the compensation for large areas.

This Act states that the portions of State land specified in the Schedule shall vest in the Fund established under the Ilois Trust Fund Act. “State land” shall have the same meaning as in the State Lands Act.
