El presente Reglamento operativo, que consta de 4 capítulos y 17 artículos, crea la Dirección de Resolucion Alterna de Conflictos de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, con el encargo de brindar el marco institucional y técnico necesario para el funcionamiento de la mediación y el arbitraje como métodos alternos para la solución de conflictos relativos a la propiedad, de conformidad con la Ley Nº 278

The State Treasury validates amendments and additions No. 4 to the Regulation of the State Treasury No. 29 of 1995 regarding the application of the Law "On royalties for the use of land" according to the Annex. This document has been previously approved by the Ministry of Finance and by the State Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey.

This Order regards the Law "On royalties for the use of land". Paragraph 1, point 1 acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "owners of small private enterprises are exempted from payment of the land tax because of the substitution of the land tax, federal, regional and local royalties for the use of land by a unitary production tax for a given period of time.

This Order regards Article 26 of the Law "On royalties for the use of land".

This Decree makes provision for the surveying and mapping of land in relation to registration of land in the cadaster and in particular prescribes qualifications and describes functions of cadastral surveyors and assistant cadastral surveyors.

This Joint Regulating Decree establishes that state colleges, scientific, experimental, training, research institutions and centres of agricultural and forest specialisation, branches of the Academy of Sciences, of the Academy of Medical Sciences, of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Academy of Education are exempted from the payment of the royalties for the use of land.

New land shall be distributed for personal use so that the total amount of land for personal use and irrigated additional land ads up to seventeen percent of the total of arable land. Before allocation of land, the local entities mentioned in article 2 shall monitor and register the existing irrigated lands and other data needed for allocation.
