The State Treasury validates amendments and additions No. 5 to the Regulation of the State Treasury No. 29 of 1995 regarding the application of the Law "On royalties for the use of land". This document has been previously approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and by the State Land Committee. Paragraph 42 acquires a new wording that reads as follows: "In case of non-payment of land tax by a specified date is imposed a fine established by the Federal Law".
