This Decree implements articles 6, 7, 15 and 65 of the Soil Protection Act by providing rules for the use of fertilizers of animal origin and other organic fertilizing substances such as sludge. It places restrictions on use of such substances to protect the soil and water resources.

These Regulations prescribe: fees for registration of a subdivision proposal under section 49 of the Land Titles Act for the purposes of subsection 4(7) of the Land Administration Fees Act 1996; and transactions for the purposes of paragraph 6(f) of the Land Administration Fees Act. They also prescribe fees for consultation of the Register.

This Regulation establishes that maximum limits of hazardous substances serve as the basis for assessing the condition of soil and ground water and, if necessary, for planning the measures to be employed in order to improve their condition. The maximum limits of hazardous substances are reference value and target value. In case of soil, reference values are given for dry soil.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Deeds Registry Act in relation with the organization and administration of the Registry, the preparation of documents, the lodgment and execution of deeds and certification of documents.

The present Regulations enact the Pipeline Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to permit and licence holders. The text – consisting of 8 sections – deals with the following aspects: interpretation, pipelines, service, notice to owners, unknown owner and vesting order and provisions of the Expropriation Act.

The present Regulations enact the Land Protection Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the identification of land. Section 2 specifies that the land identification programme established by these Regulations applies to the acquisition of land in the cases listed under this section.

The present Regulations enact the Land Surveyors Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the activities of land surveyors. The text consists of 143 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Discipline (I); Standards (II); Code of ethics (III); Professional liability insurance (V); Admission to membership (VI); Surveyor's Location Certificates (VII).

The present Regulation enacts the Marshland Reclamation Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the activities of an Executive Committee of a Marsh Body. The text consists of 5 sections.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of establishment of water conservation zones and water belts, management of land of water conservation zones and water belts, and also responsibility for keeping thereof.

This Order establishes that officials of land survey service shall be at the same time state land inspectors. In the process of inspection state land inspectors shall control availability of land certificates and shall ensure remedial actions for the removal of the violations of land legislation. Annexes contain inspection reports.

This Decree establishes that land inspection shall be autonomous institution within the State Land Cartographic Committee.
