The present Act introduces some minor amendments to the Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 (BGBl. I p. 405).

The Minister, after consultation with the Minister for Finance, shall cause a private company conforming to the conditions laid down in this Act to be formed and registered under the Companies Acts (sect. 9).
The amendments made concern the payment of compensation for the acquisition of land by the Minister for purposes of forestry.
