This Decree amends Decree No. 1254 establishing compensation to former landowners. It consists of 9 articles specifying the compensations for: touristic areas, agricultural, occupied and non-occupied lands. The amendments concern: the procedure for issuing compensations, the required documents, the surface and price; priorities and the case in which such compensation is allowed.

This Act defines the requirement to carry out environmental impact assessment of qualifying plan or programmes and implements in part Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment.

This Act is formulated to prevent and remediate soil and groundwater pollution, ensure the sustainable use of soil and groundwater, enhance the living environment, and protect public health.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for setting forth the modalities of calculation of lease for public land plots and plots of land with undelimited ownership destined for lease without tender”.

Amends: Regional Law No. 111 “On the particulars of turnover of agricultural land”. (2007-09-18)

These Regulations, consisting of 16 sections divided into five Parts and completed by one Schedule, set out the conditions for applications for division or amalgamation of land and the requirements for the subsequent plans.

The present Regulation enacts the Real Property Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees charged under the Real Property Act and the Registry Act.

These Regulations provide that: the application to be completed by a crofting community body to buy land, eligible sporting interests or the interest of the tenant in tenanted land shall be in the form specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and the notice which must be used by the Scottish Ministers when they notify their decision on an application to buy land, eligible sporting interest

These Rules are formulated in accordance with the Interim Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Urban and Town Land Use Tax. The Text, consisting of 17 articles, provides for the rules and procedures relevant to the urban and town land use tax to be satisfied in Guangdong province.

These Regulations concern matters of miscellaneous nature relative to the granting of development consent by the Infrastructure Planning Commission for certain types of nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Part one of the Article 75 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Damages caused by expropriation or provisional land occupation, demolition of the immovable property located thereon, land restriction (encumbrance), including servitude, shall be subject to compensation to land tenants that have sustained the aforesaid damages.

This Land Code establishes that objects of land relations shall be: (a) land; (b) plots of land; (c) land rights; and (d) restrictions (encumbrances), including servitude.
