Le présent décret met en exécution la loi fédérale du 22 juin 1979 sur l'aménagement du territoire (LAT) et la loi cantonale du 4 décembre 1985 sur l'aménagement du territoire et les constructions du 4 décembre 1985 (LATC). Notamment, l’article 2 établit que la première adaptation du Plan directeur cantonal adoptée sera soumise à l'approbation du Conseil fédéral.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 2 May 2010 and the Building Ordinance of 23 February 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law and Ordinance.
