This By-law provides for the implementation of the Crown Lands Act 1989 by providing specifications on Trust Boards (Part 2, div. 1) and other administrative matters, on the access to and use of reserves (Part 3) and on various matters related to the management of reserves (Part 4). The attached schedule provides a lists of the reserves to which this By-Laws applies.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Phu Yen province.This plan shall aim at: developing agriculture, forestry and fishery; ensuring food security; developing husbandry; preventing pollution; protecting the environment; developing water supply infrastructures and irrigation systems; building of wastewater treatment stations; properly managing land; etc.

Decree No. 89 of the Ministry of Public Health validating Sanitary rules and regulations setting requirements for radiation safety during performance of work in areas of radioactive pollution.

This Decree establishes requirements for ensuring radiation safety during performance of work in areas of radioactive pollution. Performance of work shall be authorized in the presence of sanitary certificate, issued by competent public sanitary body, authorizing performance of work with the sources of ionizing radiation. Workplace must be equipped with places for personal hygiene and washing-up, dining area, recreational area and PPE storage area. Radiation level shall be measured in the course of regular control.

4.1 The Agriculture Development Strategy (ADS) will guide the agricultural sector of Nepal over the next 20 years. The structure of the agricultural sector is expected to change considerably with agribusiness to grow faster. Strong linkages between agriculture and other sectors in the economy will be critical to the reduction of poverty particularly in rural areas where the development of non-farm activities based on agriculture will be fundamental for the growth of an overall robust economy, a more balanced rural economy, and employment generation.
