The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

The Order sets out requirement standards for good agricultural and environmental conditions in order for farmers to comply with regulations on granted subsidy for land development, in accordance to the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013. This Presidential Decree establishes that horticultural cooperatives shall be set up with a view of carrying out collective horticultural practices. Legal holders of the plots of land in ownership shall join horticultural cooperatives of create horticultural associations for non-observance of this requirement shall entail expropriation of land plots owned thereby.

The forms required to be prescribed under sections 3(1), 4(2)(b), 5(1),5 (3) and (9), 6(1), 7(1), 8(1) and 22(8) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1994 are the forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. The forms concern various matters of land acquisition, including: notice of likely acquisition; various kinds land acquisition orders; notification of acquisition to the land registrar.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’application de la loi instituant l’homologation et le contrôle des pesticides en République du Mali. L’homologation des pesticides se fait conformément à la Réglementation Commune aux Etats membres du Comité Permanent Inter-Etats de Lutte contre la Sécheresse dans le Sahel (CILSS). Le Comité Sahélien des Pesticides (CSP) est l’organe chargé de l’homologation pour les Etats membres du CILSS.
