This Resolution is composed of 12 articles. These Rules regulate the removal of common minerals, as defined in section 2 of the Land Trust Act, from Trust land and the distribution of royalties or other benefits generated by such removal. Removal of minerals shall require a valid licence to be issued under these Rules by the licensing officer in the form as set out in Schedule 1 to these Rules.
