Chief of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey notes that state land inspection bodies in practice almost don’t use their right to turn to the courts free of duty for the purpose of the revocation of illegal decisions of the local administration and suspension of financing and carrying out work violating current land legislation. Chief of the Federal Committee on Land resources and Land Survey, for the purpose of the improvement of efficiency of state control over use and protection of land and implementation of land legislation, orders to establish monthly control over the realization of the pronounced court orders, instructions, warnings and rulings regarding the removal of the exposed violations of land legislation and to provide for the abrogation in legal form of all suspended illegal decisions of the local administration.
