Item 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of voluntary liquidation of economic entities having status of legal persons, calculation and application of single land tax shall stop from the moment of notification of registration authority on liquidation. In case on incompleteness of the liquidation procedure within time period established by law and also in case of cessation of the voluntary liquidation procedure and renewal of activity of economic entity having status of legal persons single land tax shall be collected for the whole period of applied preferential terms.” Amends: Presidential Decree No. UP-2086 on single land tax.
