This Circular implements a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No.

The present Law defines the legal, organizational and financial principles of regulation of social relations that originate by alienation of land plots and other objects of immovable property located on them in private ownership for the social needs and on the grounds of social necessity.

El presente Manual para la Elaboración de Avalúos para Expropiación, tiene el propósito de uniformar la filosofía y los criterios de valoración que se utilizan en la elaboración de un avalúo, informe o asesoría, e informar a los solicitantes su trámite y el alcance de cada uno de los diferentes tipos de servicios, estableciendo los mecanismos, metodología y trámite interno que deben seguirse para responder una solicitud de confección de un avalúo y/o informe, o cuando se trate de una asesoría en materia de valoración.

El presente Decreto regula el mecanismo para la asignación porcentual de la compensación financiera por impactos socio ambientales de las actividades, obras o proyectos hidrocarburíferos, cuando se desarrollen en Territorios Indígena Originario Campesinos.

This Order validates the Instruction for calculation of environmental damages caused to soil as a result of violation of environmental legislation and also in case of emergency situations of technological type and natural disasters. This Instruction shall be applicable to: (a) soil pollution by chemicals; (b) unauthorized waste disposal; and (c) unauthorized (unlawful) artificial covering of soil. It shall not be applicable to radioactive and biological soil pollution. The Instruction establishes calculation formula for soil pollution and methodology for calculation of damages.

This Act authorizes the grant by the Crown of land at Robinvale to the Murray Valley Aboriginal Cooperative Limited and to extinguish a Crown lease and any other encumbrances over that land.Under section 7 the Act stipulates that no compensation is payable by the Crown in respect of anything done under or arising out of this Act. The Act is completed by one schedule that contains the map of Land which may be granted to the Murray Valley Aboriginal Cooperative Limited.

The Decree provides the allotment of state-owned land destined to planting of perennial trees, seasonal crops and forestation, plus the water surface required for aquaculture farming to individuals, households and organizations which shall invest in the resulting production. Planning and financial evaluation of production costs shall be prepared and funds destined to support all agricultural, forestry and aquaculture activities and operations.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land expropriation in the Canton of Schwyz. In particular, article 1 establishes that every land owner has the duty to cede to the Canton or local authorities land, buildings and trees if the need arises for the following purposes: the remaking and enlargement of new streets; the remaking of river banks and brooks; for the building of new churches; the exploitation of material used for building of streets; the erection of new water conducts and fountains. The text consists of 15 articles.

This Act provides for town and country planning and other planning in relation with development in Trinidad and Tobago. The Act defines duties of the Minister and establishes an Advisory Town Planning Panel. Development plans shall be prepared by the Minister after a general survey. The Act further provides, among other things for: (a) the granting of development permissions; (b) compensation for consequences of planning decisions; (c) planning control and enforcement; and (d) acquisition and disposal of land for planning purposes.

This Act concerns rules to be enacted in place of common law regarding the liability of an occupier of premises or other persons in relation with that premises. The Act also defines the “common duty of care” of an occupier, defines the effects of a contract on third party liability of an occupier and defines the duties of a landlord regarding repair where a premises if occupied under tenancy.

The President decrees that land plots can be allotted by local self-government for public needs exclusively after expropriation thereof from former land tenant, landowner, landlord or lessee in accordance with legislation on protection and tenure of land and the provisions of this Presidential Decree. Unjustified expropriation of land plots shall be prohibited. In case of expropriation of land plot the person allotted land plot expropriated for public needs shall compensate damages and losses to the former landowners or land tenants.

These Regulations amend the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2006. The amendment made by these Regulations is consequential on the making of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007. Regulation 5 is amended in the definitions and regulation 17 of the 2006 Regulations, providing for amendments of the Act in section 78YB of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, regarding interaction of Part 2A of the Act with other enactments.
