The National Environment Management Action Plan (NEMAP) is a national plan with a multi-sectoral approach. The Plan covers the period from 1995 to 2005. The document aims at: a) reducing the rate of environmental degradation, b) improving natural and manmade environment, c) preserving habitats and biodiversity, d) promoting sustainable development, and e) improving quality indicators of human life.Self-sufficiency in food will be attained in an environmentally sound manner.

The National Forest Policy of Montenegro is a national sectoral policy whose main objectives are: a) to ensure and improve long-term resistance and productivity of forests and other ecosystems; b) to ensure the maintenance of plant and animal species; c) to ensure sustainable forest administration and sustainable implementation of social, economic and environmental forest functions; d) to ensure the contribution of forests to social and economic development of rural areas; e) to ensure long-term development and competitiveness of wood industry.

This National Land Policy will guide the country towards efficient, sustainable and equitable use of land for prosperity and posterity. The Mission of the Policy aims at: promoting positive land reforms for the improvement of the livelihoods of Kenyans through the establishment of accountable and transparent laws, institutions and systems dealing with land (sec. 1.3). The overall objective of the National Land Policy is to secure rights over land and provide for sustainable growth, investment and the reduction of poverty in line with the Government’s overall development objectives.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that transfer of land or protected areas to reserve land category shall be prohibited except for cases of construction of the objects of tourism infrastructure envisaged by State planning documentation, construction of waterworks of strategic importance and construction of facilities along state border. Authorization for transfer of land of protected areas shall be issued only for plots of protected areas with restricted economic activities and shall be applicable in case of impossibility of alternative construction decisions.

These Regulations make provision in connection with the preparation of strategic development plans and local development plans under Part 2 of the Town and Country (Scotland) Act 1997. National Park authorities shall be involved in planning where the land to which the plan relates adjoins a National Park. Some provisions concern an environmental report prepared in connection with a proposed plan.

These Regulations amend, in relation to England, regulation 3A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 which refers to applications for listed building or conservation area consent to replace an extant consent granted on or before 1 October 2009 where the works have not yet begun and the consent applied for is needed to carry out development subject to an extension application to which article 18 of the own and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 refers.

This Rural Land Use and Administration Policy of the Afar National Regional State seeks to provide an answer to the following problems: The traditional land administration and use system is not in line with the formal government land administration and use system.

The present Ministerial Order by the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations provides for the implementation of Ecosystem Based Management (EBM) on forested lands in the Great Bear Rainforest (GBR). It establishes legal objectives pursuant to section 93.4 of the Land Act, for the purpose of directing forest practices implemented under the Forest and Range Practices Act (FRPA).

This Plan, made under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, consists of the following Parts: Preliminary (1); Permitted or prohibited development (2); Exempt and complying development (3); Principal development standards(4); Miscellaneous provisions (5); Additional local provisions (6). This Plan aims to make local environmental planning provisions for land in Botany Bay in accordance with the relevant standard environmental planning instrument under section 33A of the Act.

Par ailleurs, les associations d’élevage constituées dans les limites de ce périmètre antérieurement à la publication de ce décret doivent être déclarés aux administratives locales.
