Particular amendments are hereby laid down to the Land Acquisition (Public Purposes) Ordinance, mainly concerning the valuation of land not being a building site, the definition of building site and their compensation in expropriation procedures.

La presente Ley crea el Instituto de la propiedad reformada urbana y rural (INPRUR), al que corresponde exclusivamente y como instancia especializada, la atención y la solución de todos los asuntos de carácter administrativo, relacionados con la problemática de la propiedad reformada urbana y rural.

This Law prescribes the principles on the sale of agricultural land owned by the Treasury. Sales shall be made by auction. Any individual who is registered and settled, or who owns or uses a property before 31 December 2002 at the village or the district where the lands are located may participate to the auction. Tenants who have used treasury lands for agricultural purposes since 31 December 2002 are entitled to buy that particular land with direct negotiations.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el reglamento que norma el procedimiento para la reversión al dominio del Estado de los predios rústicos adjudicados a título onerosos con fines agrarios que no hubiesen cumplido con las condiciones para las que fueron transferidos, siempre que se encuentren ocupados por asentamientos humanos con fines exclusivos de vivienda con anterioridad al 31 de diciembre de 2004.

The present Decree establishes rules as to expropriation and concession of the plots of land of all categories irrespectively of the kind of land tenure, lifelong hereditary possession, private ownership or lease. The plots of land shall be allotted in conformity with the project of the appropriate allotment thereof. Legal persons, natural persons and citizens interested in the allotment of the plots of land for agricultural commodity production, farming, and subsidiary small-holding, mowing and grazing must submit an application to the local self-government.

This Regulation is composed of 7 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 entrusts the Ministry of Environment to cooperate with the concerned authorities for the protection of soil.

The aim of the present Act is to regulate the stewardship of conservation of land. To this end the Minister may promote programs to recognize, encourage and support measures for the conservation of land. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as, for example, “areas of natural and scientific interest”, “conservation land”, “conservation authority land”, “wetlands”.

The purpose of the present Act is to ensure the protection and the management of Crown land for agriculture and wildlife. The Crown lands listed in the Schedule are designated as wildlife habitat lands, but any of those lands may be withdrawn from the Schedule by regulations. No person shall alter wildlife habitat lands unless the alteration is permitted in the regulations or authorized by the Minister. The text consists of 10 sections.

El presente Acuerdo tiene por objeto establecer los lineamientos para enajenar terrenos nacionales a través de subasta pública, como son los de vocación agropecuaria y los turísticos, urbanos, industriales o de otra índole no agropecuaria.

This Decree lays down rules for the consolidation of land in so-called "concentration areas", i.e. areas with a high concentration of agricultural activities. The consolidation of land shall be done in accordance with a system of valuation of the land and a land consolidation plan.

Le présent décret porte définition des communes rurales. Sont considérées comme communes rurales pour l'application des articles L. 3334-10 et R. 334-8 les communes suivantes: En métropole: - les communes dont la population n'excède pas 2 000 habitants; - les communes dont la population est supérieure à 2 000 habitants et n'excède pas 5 000 habitants, si elles n'appartiennent pas à une unité urbaine ou si elles appartiennent à une unité urbaine dont la population n'excède pas 5 000 habitants.

La présente loi a pour but de favoriser et d'encourager les entreprises d'améliorations foncières collectives et particulières visant à améliorer le sol, à en assurer l'utilisation judicieuse, à en faciliter l'exploitation, et à le préserver des dégâts que pourraient causer les phénomènes naturels. La présente loi s'applique aux terrains agricoles, viticoles et forestiers, ainsi qu'aux bâtiments affectés à l'agriculture. Les projets d'améliorations foncières doivent tenir compte de la protection de la nature, des sites et de l'environnement.
