In light of persisting land use conflicts and marginal productivity on village lands, a research in the captioned topic was deemed necessary. This report makes a review of policies on land and livestock agriculture behind the backdrop of the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania, policies on land and agriculture, and aspirations for land reform. Violations in land rights and prevailing tenure insecurity lasting for decades have skewed mindsets of many users and the land administrators. Policy implementation and enforcement are in dire need of enhancement.

These Regulations make provision in Wales for the administration of Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and some associated Regulations. With this Ordinance, the Code of Good Agricultural Practice is hereby created. The creation of this Code comes along with the implementation of Council Directive 91/676/EEC on the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. The Code has the aim of promoting guidelines able to assist farmers to reduce water pollution caused by fertilizers from agricultural sources and to prevent further such pollution and to set the acceptable environmental conditions for the use of urban waste water for irrigation purposes.
