The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the official land survey in the Canton Thurgau. Article 2 establishes that the Spatial Information Office shall supervise the official land survey and issue necessary technical and administrative provisions.

These Rules amend the Registration of Titles (Forms) Rules by deleting Form Y and substituting therefor the form set out in these Rules. The Form concerns an application for an official search of the register of titles to be kept in each registration district under the Registration of Titles Act.

Item 5 shall be supplemented with sub-item 4 with the following wording: “4) acts by public authorities or local self-government related to validation of the results of state cadastre valuation of the objects of immovable property (in relation of cadastre value of previously registered objects of immovable property).”.
This Order establishes terms and conditions of registration in the state cadastre of immovable property of the plots of land, construction, edifices and other objects of immovable property subject to state registration, and transfer to the competent cadastre authority of technical certificates related to the objects of immovable property subject to state registration.
These Rules provide for revised fees for searching for and copying documents and maps of the former Irish Land Commission. The documents and maps are stored in the Records Branch of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.

The present Regulation enforces the Land Titles Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. L.5). In particular, the Regulation repeals the General Regulation (O. Reg. 26/99) concerning various land title divisions in application of section 85 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 2 sections.
The Regulation sets rules on land consolidation and applies to the registration of public infrastructures. The necessary geodata and related geospatial services includes mineral resources, oceans, habitats etc.
The Regulation applies to fees for the payment of administrative operations, such as application for the acquisition licenses of property. Fees are collected by the equivalent municipality.
