La presente Resolución aprueba el Texto Único Ordenado del Reglamento General de los Registros Públicos con la finalidad de establecer los procedimientos para la aplicación de la Ley que crea el Sistema Nacional de los Registros Públicos.
El presente Acuerdo declara de necesidad e interés público la actualización y perfeccionamiento del Catastro Nacional Multifinalitario con el propósito de garantizar la seguridad jurídica y la función social de la tierra mediante la reducción de la ocupación extralegal de tierras.
The present Ordinance implements both the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 16 November 2011 and the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Basel-Stadt.
These Regulations amend the Transcription and Mortgage Act in the Fourth Schedule which specifies fees for purposes of section 62 of the Act.

These Regulations amend the Registration Duty Act in Part VII of the First Schedule (which specifies rates of registration duty) and in the Second Schedule in item 4A. The Second Schedule concerns calculation of the value of property for duty purposes.

These Regulations set out the form of an application under section 7(3) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. Such application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Second Schedule. Section 7 stipulates that any interested person may apply for the assignment of a Parcel Identification Number (PIN) in respect of any plot of land or unit to be assigned by the Chief Surveyor.
These Regulations amend the Registration Duty Act in Parts III, IV and VII of the First Schedule, which specifies rates of registration duty.

El presente Acuerdo crea el Sistema Nacional de Catastro Integrado Geo Referenciado de Hábitat y Vivienda, cuyo objetivo es registrar de forma sistemática, lógica, georeferenciada y ordenada, en una base de datos integral e integrada los catastros urbanos y rurales, que sirva como herramienta para la formulación de políticas de desarrollo urbano.
La présente ordonnance met en exécution l’ordonnance du 21 mai 2008 sur la géoinformation. Notamment, l’ordonnance de l’Office fédéral de topographie concerne les références géodésiques.
The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. If the afore-mentioned Law does not contain the relevant provisions, the Spatial Information Ordinance of 27 June 2012 shall be applied.
