This Decree-Law is composed of seven chapters divided into 41 articles. It defines the main functions and structure of the National Land Register for Cape Verde. Special attention is paid to the procedures to identify the land parcels.
This Decree is composed of 16 articles and institutes the National Program on Support and Regularization of Rural households, addressing the registration of rural properties and defining sanctions for non-compliance with the provisions set therein.

This Act establishes the Deeds Registry as a body corporate. This authority shall carry out functions assigned to it under various laws including the Deeds Registry Act. The Registrar and the Deputy Registrar shall be appointed by the Minister. The Act also establishes an Advisory Board of the Registry. The Board shall advise the Minister and the Registrar.
This Order amends the Land Registration (Proper Office) Order 2010 in the definition of “conveyancer” in article 2(2) order to include those who are or who employ authorized persons, authorized or licensed under the provisions of the Legal Services Act 2007 to carry on certain reserved instrument activities relating to land registration.

This Regional Law establishes that state cadastre land valuation shall be conducted by decision of local government of city districts and municipal units within the boundaries of a given municipal unit. The modalities of state cadastre valuation of land shall be performed by decision of the regional administration.
This Law provides for the establishment of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre under the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement. It sets forth the principles and procedures of the establishment duties, powers and responsibilities of the General Directorate.
This Law amends the Law No 6083 on the organization and duties of the Directorate General of Land and Cadastre by adding two new clauses to Article 8. Clause (6) sets forth provisions regarding circulating capital service charges whereas Clause (7) provides for legal persons excluded from encashment of service charges.
