A Law to regulate private, state and collective property and protect property and rights inherent to property.
Cette loi a pour objet la conservation des zones menacées par l'érosion hydrique, l'érosion éolienne et l'ensablement. Les travaux de conservation des eaux et des sols, menés par des actions de lutte anti-érosive, sont mis en oeuvre dans le cadre de périmètres d'intervention selon des plans d'aménagement. Chaque périmètre comprend un bassin versant principal ou secondaire des oueds.
This Law consists of VII Sections that contain 43 articles. Section I (arts. 1-8) lays down general provisions. Section II (arts. 9-15) regards state guarantees concerning foreign investments. A new Part (VIA) on easements is inserted. An "easement" is defined in section 112A as "a right annexed to land to utilise other land of different ownership in a particular manner (not involving the taking of any part of the natural produce of that land or of that land or of any part of its soil) or to prevent the owner of the other land from utilising his land in a particular manner".

Section 140 of the Principal Act is deleted and replaced with the following: "(1) Any party may, upon payment of the prescribed fee, appeal from any order or judgment of the Court: (a) if the order or judgment relates to the determination of hereditary estates or titles, to the Privy Council pursuant to Clause 50 of the Constitution; (b) in every other case, to the Court of Appeal.
Section 3 prescribes that no person shall explore, prospect or mine for petroleum except by virtue of an exploration licence or a petroleum agreement issued or entered into the provisions of this Act. Any person desirous of exploring, prospecting or mining for petroleum may apply to His Majesty in Council for an exploration licence or a petroleum agreement in respect of any area of land.
The Law provides for the institution of the protected Cultural Zones in the Siem Reap/Angkor Region and it promulgates the Guidelines for their management.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la prevención y lucha contra incendios en zonas rurales, para lo cual se organizará un Servicio Provincial de Lucha contra Incendios (art. 2º). La autoridad de aplicación se encargará de elaborar un Plan Integral de Prevención y Lucha contra Incendios (art. 3º).
