La présente ordonnance met en exécution, entre autres, la loi du 16 juin 1997 sur la procédure des améliorations foncières et forestières. L’article 1er établit que la présente ordonnance régit toutes les améliorations foncières et forestières conduites avec la participation des pouvoirs publics.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out state control over land tenure and land protection by the authorized state land institution and local self-government. The purpose of state control shall be enforcement of land legislation and observance thereof by all natural persons, legal persons and officials.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of state supervision over land tenure and land conservation by the local self-government and by the officials of the authorized state land institution.

This Ministerial Decree regulates management of land under protected areas, recreational land and land of historical and cultural heritage. The aforesaid categories of land shall be covered by restrictions on economic activities that may have negative impact thereon. Land of protected areas and land of historical and cultural heritage shall be exonerated from payment of taxes and levies.

The present Ordinance enforces the Law on land use planning and public building law (Building Law) of 24 April 1988. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Law.

The present Ordinance implements the Building Law of 1 December 1997. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Planning (A); Development (B); Protection of health (C); Various provisions (D); Transfer of competences (E); Final provisions (F).

This Regulation, which is composed of 23 articles, lays down procedures and criteria for the lease of agricultural land and farms owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by the Farmland and Forest Fund of the Republic of Slovenia by natural and legal persons, and the content and duration of the lease.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Lease Act of 4 October 1985. In particular, the Ordinance lists the competent local authorities responsible for the enforcement of the federal legislation. The text consists of 7 articles
