The present Ministerial Decree establishes regulatory value of the plots of land on which are situated the state enterprises subject to privatization. The aforesaid plots of land shall be divided in two categories: (a) plots of land under constructions and infrastructure; (b) vacant plots of land. The national territory shall be categorized in twelve zones according to zoning practice.
