No person shall occupy or use more than three acres of land for urban farming. No person shall, except where that person practices zero grazing, graze his animal in an urban area (reg. 3). "Urban farming" means the carrying out of plant or animal husbandry activities as set out in the Schedule within statutory township boundaries.

The areas of land described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be planning areas for purposes of the Town and Country Planning Ordinance (para. 4). Subject to paragraphs 6 and 7 no development other than conservation and water-related activities shall be carried out within such area without a planning consent or contrary to a planning scheme prepared by the Minister (para. 5).

These Rules implement the Crown Lands Ordinance (Cap. 78) by making provisions for the following matters: Crown Land Rangers; damage to Crown lands; sale of Crown lands; government pastures; recreation ground pastures; Crown lands held by tenants; management of the Spout Grounds ; miscellaneous. Each district officer shall appoint a number of Rangers as he deems fit (rule 2).

The agricultural lands owned by the State, burdened with the right of "disposal" of persons who personally or through others cultivated it, according to the "agricultural density" decided for them, shall be considered as owned by the state without compensation and shall be registered in the name of the Ministry of Finance as a pure property and the Ministry of Agriculture shall dispose of such

The plantation of lands specified in the Master Plan of the City of Baghdad shall be carried out in accordance with the Plan within the limitation of the tree line. Planting of certain seasonal crops is excluded from this provision (art. 1a). The requirement laid down in article 1a concerns water share.

Legal and natural persons using at least fifty acres of agricultural land are compelled to keep a plot register where they report every happening relative to plots of fields, gardens, orchards, grasslands and reeds. Registers also include data regarding ownership, geographical area, agrochemical, geological and climatic features of the plot.

Section 2 of the By-law prohibits deposit of waste and other refuse, and carcasses in rivers, beaches and the sea. No person shall dump any soil into or remove any stone from any river (sect. 2). Section 3 provides for the collection of garbage rates. Section 4 requires owners or occupiers of land to cut overgrown vegetation upon a notice served by the Village Council. (6 sections)

This Order prescribes fees for various acts of Land Courts including the non-contentious administration and partition of an estate, the determination and confirmation of a boundary, registration of documents and an appeal against any determination or judgment. It also sets out rules relative to who shall pay the fee, exemptions from payment and enforcement of payment.
