This Proclamation of the Afar National Regional State establishes a rural land administration system that is suitable for natural resource management and protection and that incentivizes investment within the traditional clan-based communal land tenure system.
The Regulation provides principles and procedures for the protection and proper utilization of agricultural lands.
The objectives of these Regulations, consisting of 17 sections and completed by four Schedules, are to: (a) prescribe standards for cadastral surveys; (b) regulate and control the making of cadastral surveys by licensed surveyors; and (c) prescribe forms and other matters relating to cadastral surveys.

This Act authorizes the Marianas Public Land Corporation to enter into agreements by which the Government obtains freehold interest in private land in exchange for a freehold interest in private land to be assigned to a private landowner.Exchange of land shall be authorized for a public purpose as defined by this Act.
The Second National Environmental Action Programme is a sectoral national programme of the Republic of Armenia applicable to the period 2008-2012.
The Environmental Protection Agency shall be the competent authority for the purposes of the Directive on integrated pollution prevention and control here implemented. As competent authority for the purposes of the Directive, the Agency shall, amongst other things, keep itself informed of developments in best available techniques.
Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for setting forth the modalities of calculation of lease for public land plots and plots of land with undelimited ownership destined for lease without tender”.

The Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) peace accord was signed on December 2, 1997 in Dhaka at the Prime Minister's office between the government and the Parbatya Chattagram Jana Sanghati Samity (PCJSS). However, some hill tribe sects and organisations have rejected the accord.
According to Government Decision No. 942 of 2002 mountain areas shall be delimited by the Minister of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development, the Minister of State and the Minister of Internal Affairs. Delimitation concerns cities, towns and communes, respectively component villages. The delimitation shall be valid for the SAPARD programme.
This Decree establishes the modalities of performance of local environmental monitoring by legal persons performing economic and other activities causing negative environmental impact, including ecologically hazardous activities. Local environmental monitoring shall be integral part of the National environmental monitoring system.
These Regulations make provision in Wales for the administration of Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and some associated Regulations.
