The Act consists of 95 sections divided into 8 Parts. In Chpater I of Part I the various types of agricultural tenancy are defined. Chapter 2 contains general provision as to new types of tenancy. Part 2 provides for the tenant's right to buy land. Part III concerns diversification of use of land under agricultural tenancy.

These Regulations designate additional nitrate vulnerable zones and make other provision for the purpose of implementing in England Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. Regulation 3 designates the additional nitrate vulnerable zones. Regulation 4 provides a procedure for reviewing designations.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persona and individual entrepreneurs. The Government decrees to validate the Regulation in accordance with Annex 1, to validate compensation norms for agricultural and forestry damages in accordance with Annexes 23 and to establish compensation factor for forestry damages and for land deterioration in accordance with Annex 4. Compensation royalties for agricultural and forestry damages are refunded to the republican budget.

This Order sets out, in the Schedule, powers of the Secretary of State to fix a fee or charge prescribed for the purposes of section 17 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the folowing wording: "The scope of this Law shall be to ensure conservation, protection and universal efficient management of the objects of hnistorical and cultural heritage. Its purpose shall be regulation of social and legal relations in the sphere of protection and management of the objects of historical and cultural heritage".

Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Cadastre valuation shall be applicable for the purpose of assessment of cost of forest land either pertaining or not pertaining to public forest in case of management thereof for purposes not related to forest manegement, and also for expropriation (purchase) for state and public needs".

This Act establishes the National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago as a body corporate and provides that it shall be governed by rules set out in the Schedule. The Trust is establish for purposes of carrying out functions pursuant to the present Act, including listing of property of interest, preserving lands, plants and animal life, encourage research of wild fauna and flora, etc.
