This Law establishes basic principles of state policy, legal grounds for acting of state bodies, natural and legal persons, with a view of rational and careful soil management, soil conservation, improvement of soil fertility and soil protection against negative impact.

This Act establishes a Land Compensation Fund and provides for the payment of compensation of claims against the Commonwealth arising from land acquired by the Commonwealth by eminent domain or other legal processes.The Commissioner of the Marianas Public Lands Authority shall have expenditure authority over the Fund, subject to approval of claims by the Board of the Authority.

The President, with a view of improvement of drainage state of irrigated agricultural land and rational management of water resources, validates a set of arrangements for the purpose of ensuring stable and sustainable functioning of agricultural sector, improvement of soil fertility and yield of agricultural crops.

This Act prohibits the making of feigned conveyances of property including land. The Act also defines legal consequences of such fraudulent alienation of property declared void as against the creditors. Provision is also made for common recoveries by tenants in tail.

This Act makes provision with respect to the control of the carrying out of designated village homestead programmes by the Marianas Public Lands Authority. The Authority shall grant certificates of compliance to homesteaders but may revoke such certificate if, within a prescribed period, the homesteader has not complied with requirements.

This Decree establishes special legal status and the modalities of allotment of plots of land to the participants of special industrial zones. The aforesaid land plots shall be transferred on condition of temporary land tenure for the period of 30 years, i.e.

These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People’s Republic of China. The Regulations consist of 6 Chapters, dealing with: General provisions; Formulation and amendment of urban and rural planning; Implementation of urban and rural planning; Supervision and inspection; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions.

The reports to be submitted by Member States for the period from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2011, regarding the implementation of Directive 2008/1/EC, must be drawn up by following the questionnaire set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

The Plan, consisting of six Parts and completed by five Schedules, applies to all of the land within the area of Kiama. It is divided into ten Parts: Preliminary (1); Permitted or prohibited development (2); Exempt and complying development (3); Principal development standards (4); Miscellaneous provisions (5); Additional local provisions (6).

These Measures have been formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Contracting of Rural Land.

These Regulations prescribe for Wales types of development for the purposes of section 108(2A) and (3C) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, which limits the circumstances in which compensation is payable for withdrawal or refusal of a planning permission in accordance with section 108.
