This Decree of the Government specified criteria for the delimitation of “mountain areas” in the sense of the Mountain Law.

This Act defines the liability of an occupier of a leased area or premises. Section 1 of this Act shall bind the Crown, but as regards the Crown's liability in tort shall not bind the Crown further than the Crown is made liable in tort by the Crown Proceedings Act 1947.

An integrated pollutant release and transfer register at the national level has been established to facilitate public participation in environmental decision-making.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross-compliance) (England) Regulations 2005 in paragraph 7 of the Schedule which sets out farmers’ obligations relating to the management of land not in agricultural production.

This Decree establishes the modalities of inventory of drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks with a view of registration of available and functioning drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks that by the outcome of inventory shall be indicated on the maps. In the process of inventory shall be assessed wear and tear degree of equipment.

Article 6 (2) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Boundaries of the identified object of cultural heritage shall be validated by the act of the regional institution competent in the sphere of protection of objects of cultural heritage in accordance with land-use planning project”.

These Measures, consisting of 31 articles, aim to regulate the administration on collection and use of compensation fees for water and soil conservation, promote water and soil erosion control work and improve the ecological environment.

This Governmental Decree establishes two types of organization and management of hunting grounds: (a) within the boundaries of a single hunting ground; and (b) between more than one hunting grounds.

Article 11.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Administration shall be responsible for drafting the list of agricultural land areas, the use of which for purposes other than agricultural shall be prohibited, insertion and cancellation from the list of agricultural land areas”.

Article 13 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizen registered for the purpose of allotment of land plot prior to entry into force of this Regional Law, shall have the right of allotment of a plot of land in ownership free of charge in accordance with the modalities set forth by this Regional Law with the conservation of the order of precedence as established by the registration”
