This Decree-Law amends articles: 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 18, 20, 21, 26 and 28 of Decree-Law No. 69/90 (regulating the legal regime for municipal land use planning).
Item 5.8-1.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “5.8-1.2 validates the boundaries and management mode of the areas of cultural heritage of federal significance”.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Federal Supervision Service on Cultural Heritage shall be federal executive body authorized to carry out control and supervision over compliance with the legislation on protection of cultural heritage.
