This Regional Law establishes that Civic Chamber must ensure coordination between citizens, social associations, state bodies and local government, promotion of civil society institutions, and consideration of the interests of the population in the process of elaboration and realization of state policy, protection of rights and freedoms of citizens.

This Decision of the Council of Ministers declares that the Regulation on sales procedure of olive, fig, hazelnut, citrus and fruit plantation areas owned by foundations of 1953 is repealed. The decision consists of three provisions which are governed by the Council of Ministers.

The present Law regulates relations connected with legal basis of activity in the sphere of land use planning between organs of state power, local self-government, authorized institutions in the field of management of land resources, natural and legal persons as regards ensuring rational use and protection of land resources. The document consists of 5 Chapters that contain 36 articles.

These Regulations amend the Land (Duties and Taxes) Act in the Eight Schedule made under section 45A (3). This provision prescribes that a deed of transfer referred to in the Eighth Schedule shall be exempt from duty or taxes leviable under the appropriate Part or Parts specified in that Schedule.

These Rules provide that any party to a civil suit, action, cause or matter which has been brought and is pending before the Supreme Court may apply to the Chief Justice for referral of such civil suit, action, cause or matter for mediation.
