This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out state control in the sphere of conservation, management and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage with a view of prevention, exposure, suppression and elimination of consequences of the offences in the sphere of conservation, management and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Federal Supervision Service over the Application of Legislation on Cultural Heritage shall be the authorized state institution in the sphere of state control of the objects of cultural heritage.
