The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Act, consisting of 215 sections divided into 24 Parts and completed by nine Schedules, regulates Land Property within New South Wales. It establishes the following issues: All land shall as regards the assurance of the immediate freehold thereof be deemed to lie in grant as well as in livery. Any estate or interest that can be created by will in any chattel real may also be created by deed.
Terms and Conditions of Lease of State Lands for Agricultural Purposes.
" Special terms and conditions on which State lands in Guyana can be obtained for the cultivation on a large scale of rubber, limes and other citrus fruit, cacao, coffee, fibres, coconuts, and other permanent agricultural products under the State Lands Act". Valuation Act.
This Act provides rules for the valuation of real property and requires the Minister to appoint for each parish a Board of Assessment. The Board shall have full power to assess the value of any property in respect of which any assessment has not been accepted and is in dispute. If the Commissioner of Inland Revenue or any person affected by the assessment of the Board is dissatisfied in any respect with the assessment it shall be lawful to appeal to the Revenue Court and the decision of such Court shall be final and binding.
Sale of Agricultural Liming Materials (Consolidated Laws of New York: Agriculture and Markets Law; Article 9−A; §§ 142−aa − 142−hh)
This Article of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York provides for sale of agricultural liming materials. "Agricultural liming material" is defined as all materials and all calcium and magnesium products in the oxide, hydrate, carbonate or silicate form or combinations thereof and intended for use in the correction of soil acidity, including such forms of material designated as burned lime, hydrated lime, carbonate of lime, agricultural limestone, slag and marl.
