The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Act makes provision for the establishment of local authorities, provides for functions and powers of such authorities and for other matters related to local authorities such as the cadastral database and the granting of permits and licenses.Local authorities shall have various functions in the field of control of local matters including control of food, aquaculture and agricultural operations. Section 40 defines the purposes of local authorities. They include the promotion of the environment.
Agriculture and Rural Development Sector Strategy.
This Agriculture and Rural Development Sector Strategy is a sectoral national strategy of Afghanistan. It applies to the period of 2008-2013. The central objective of the document is to ensure the social, economic and political well-being of rural communities, especially poor and vulnerable people, whilst stimulating the integration of rural communities within the national economy.The Strategy directly addresses food security issues, including food aid and nutrition issues. In doing so, it also treats the issues in a perspective of the vulnerable population of the country.
Planning (Hazardous Substances) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.I. No. 344 of 2015).
These Regulations implement the land-use planning obligations in Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They specify the substances which are hazardous substances for the purposes of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the controlled quantities of those substances. They also lay down the procedure for applications for consent and the determination of applications.

Ley Nº 1.526 - Modifica la Ley de Ministerios en lo relativo al Ministerio de la Producción y Ambiente.
La presente Ley aporta algunas modificaciones a la Ley Nº 1.482 sobre los Ministerios del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial. Estas enmiendas se refieren en particular a los cometidos del Ministerio de la Producción y Ambiente. Asimismo se establece que el Instituto de Colonización y Tierras Fiscales depende funcionalmente del Ministerio de la Producción y Ambiente.
