The above-mentioned Act establishes that the boundary between British Columbia and Alberta consists of the conventional boundary line and the sinuous boundary line as those lines existed on September 25, 1989, and as they are altered from time to time under section 43 of the Constitution Act, 1982. However, a Boundary Commission may be appointed to review the existing boundaries. Part 2 deals with boundaries between British Columbia, Yukon and Northwest Territories. The text consists of 10 sections divided into 2 Parts.
Application for Subdivision Approval Regulation (B.C. Reg. 8/89).
The present Regulation is made under the Land Title Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the subdivision of land. Section 1 establishes that the approving officer may refuse to approve the subdivision plan, if he considers that it does not provide access to the land in the subdivision, or lands dependent upon the subdivided property, or land dependent upon the subdivided property for its sole access by means of an adequate road allowance for a frontage road, service road or local street. The text consists of 2 sections.
Prescribed Classes of Property Regulation (B.C. Reg. 438/81).
The present Regulation is made under the Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to prescribed classes of property. All properties in British Columbia are classified based on land use and the requirements are outlined in the present Regulations. There are nine separate property classifications.

Assessment Act Regulation (B.C. Reg. 433/98).
The present Regulation is enacted under the Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation deals with valuation of land concerning property classes 4, 5 and 6. The text consists of 6 sections and 3 forms.

Assessment Act Improvements Exclusion (1991) Regulation (B.C. Reg. 69/91).
The present Regulation is enacted under the Assessment Act. In particular, section 1 of the Regulation establishes that categories and types of things, deemed to be included in the definition of "improvements" by section 1(2) of the afore-mentioned Act, shall be excluded from the defintion of "improvements" in the Act.
