This Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of three paragraphs. The project of mineral resources management is prepared for existing or designed mining areas where exploitation will take place. The Regulation establishes the elements to be specified in the projects.The management project shall indicate the optimal variant of using mineral resources and must take into account geological conditions, requirements concerning environment protection, general safety, safety of life and health and technical opportunities.
Regulation amending the Regulation on detailed requirements for projects on mineral resources management.
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs, establishes that, when preparing maps for the project of management of mineral resources, the signs and symbols specified in the Polish norms concerning mining maps shall be used. The list of norms is specified in paragraph 1.

Regulation laying down detailed rules on the purchase, by managers of the National Forests organizational units, of forests, lands designated for afforestation and other immovables being a property of individuals and legal persons.
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry is composed of four paragraphs. A forest or land designated for afforestation can be purchased in the following cases: the forest or land is directly adjacent to lands managed by the National Forests; there is no common ownership; the field forest border has been regulated. Other immovables can be purchased as long as it is justified by needs of forest management run by organizational units.

Regulation on environmental fees.
The present Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes fee rates for: gases and dusts introduced into air (specified in Annex 1); substances introduced with sewage into water or land; cooling water introduced into water or land; placing wastes on storage (specified in Annex 2); groundwater collection; inland surface water collection; water from contaminated surfaces introduced into water or land; increase of weight of fish other than salmon.

Regulation laying down the procedure for the transfer of forests, lands and other immovable properties managed by the State Forests.
The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry, which is composed of five Chapters, establishes that the auction to sale forests, lands or other immovable properties managed by the State Forests, is organized by a special commission which consists of 3 to 7 members. The commission selects the sale method (Chapters 2-4).
