This Decree establishes maximum allowable limits of concentration of slip forms of nickel, copper and lead in soil of different categories: (a) inhabited areas; (b) industrial areas; (c) transport and engineering infrastructure land; (d) recreational land; (e) agricultural land; (f) special purpose land; and (g) other territories. Annex 1 contains the list of chemicals and authorized concentration limits’ indices.

This Regulation amends the Regulation on pastures by adding a new clause after the Clause (a) of Paragraph 5 of Article 8. The new clause added by this Regulation sets forth that the Decree by the Council of Ministers regarding urban transformation should implement Article 14 of the Pastures Law and take into account the Article 8 of the Regulation on pastures in case the Decree covers pasture lands.

L’arrêté susmentionné du Gouvernement flamand fixe la valeur limite et la valeur guide pour les résidus de nitrates, en exécution de l'article 13bis, paragraphe 1er, et les conditions d'octroi d'une dérogation aux normes de fertilisation et aux conditions de fertilisation dans les zones vulnérables "eaux", en exécution de l'article 15, paragraphes 8 et 9 et de l'article 17 du décret du 23 janvier 1991 relatif à la protection de l'environnement contre la pollution due aux engrais.

The present Law implements various articles of the Federal Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 (BGBl. I p. 405).

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional administration shall have preferential right of purchase of plots of agricultural land in case of expropriation thereof for state or municipal needs”.

Por la presente Ley se introducen algunas modificaciones a la Ley Nº 398 de 2004, mediante la cual se declaró como política pública del Gobierno de Puerto Rico el desarrollo agrícola, la preservación y protección de los terrenos comprendidos en la Reserva Agrícola de Vega Baja.

Por la presente Ley se declara como política pública del Gobierno del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico el desarrollo agrícola, la preservación y protección de los terrenos comprometidos con la Reserva Agrícola de Vega Baja localizada en el Municipio de Vega Baja. This Order establishes competence of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service related to state land survey of agricultural land. State land survey shall be carried out in the form of inspection by the authorized bodies. The purpose of the foresaid inspection shall be the enforcement of land legislation related to land protection and land tenancy. Land cadastre data, land monitoring data and other related information shall be used in the process of carrying out land inspection.

This Regional Law establishes that land price in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contract pertaining to regional ownership or plot of land with undelimited public ownership shall be established by the Regional Government.
