These Regulations repeal the Regulations for the Agricultural land Consolidation and Redistribution Regulations 1970-75 and replace them with new provisions. The publication of the list of land owners, the list of property assessment, etc., shall be done according to the sample forms attached in the present Regulations.

El presente Decreto Ley tiene como objeto establecer las normas para la organización y funcionamiento del Catastro Nacional, que es el sistema primario de informaciones constituidas por un conjunto de datos y descripciones de los bienes inmuebles urbanos y rurales, con expresión de ubicación, superficie, linderos con sus medidas, uso, valores y demás circunstancias físicas, económicas y jurídicas, a fin de obtener un conocimiento real del territorio nacional que sirva a los objetivos de dirección del desarrollo del país, y para ello se divide en Catastro Urbano y Catastro Rural.

This Regional Law establishes that minimum agricultural land plot pertaining to public or municipal ownership that can be allotted to peasant farms shall be 2 ha, while maximum agricultural land plot pertaining to public or municipal ownership that can be allotted to peasant farms shall be 300 ha”.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer la información que contiene la certificación catastral, las relaciones entre el catastro y los registros públicos, la participación del Instituto de Planificación Física en el estudio y asesoramiento sobre las modificaciones de los límites a la División Político Administrativa, así como el procedimiento ante las inconformidades con las informaciones que brinda el catastro.

This Regional Law establishes that public or municipal land plot can be allotted free of charge on condition of tenancy for maximum period of six year for family farming. It lists municipal districts eligible for distribution of agricultural land plots in accordance with the aforesaid terms and conditions. After five years of tenancy the aforesaid plots of land can be transferred to peasant farms in ownership free of charge upon submittal of written application by tenants.

These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People’s Republic of China. The Regulations consist of 7 Chapters, dealing with: General provisions; Formulation of urban and rural planning; Approval of urban and rural planning; Amendment of urban and rural planning; Supervision and inspection; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions. The Regulations provide for the procedures of, and requirements for formulation, approval, amendment and implementation of urban and rural planning.

These Regulations implement, in relation to projects for the use of uncultivated land and semi-natural areas in England for intensive agricultural purposes, Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment and Council Directive 1992/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora insofar as it applies to such projects. The definition of "project" (reg. 2) identifies those activities which are subject to the requirements of the Regulations.

The National Environmental Strategy and Action Plan is a sectoral national strategy document of Iraq. It applies for the period of 2013-2017.

This Proclamation defines the proper organization, power and functions of incorporated cities in Oromia Regional State. Municipal Service" includes water and sewerage service. A community of residents which meets the requirements for incorporation through its representatives apply to the Regional Executive Councillor to the body that it designates for a city status. A Municipal Council shall be responsible for, among other things, land planning and development and food and drugs inspection. City courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over, among other things, environmental sanitation.

En el marco de la política de desarrollo rural integral del Estado, y atendiendo en especial al objetivo de proteger la producción agropecuaria y agroindustrial ante desastres naturales e inclemencias climáticas, geológicas y siniestros, el presente Decreto suspende las actividades de campo en los procedimientos de saneamiento y reversión de la propiedad agraria y el establecimiento de un procedimiento especial de verificación del cumplimiento de la función económico social para los predios que fueron afectados por inundaciones.

El presente Decreto introduce normas reglamentarias de la Ley Nº 18.308 en lo que respecta a los instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial y desarrollo sostenible, con particular atención a los efectos de la entrada en vigor de dichos instrumentos y a las condiciones generales que deben establecer.
