This Ministerial Decree amends articles 12 and 13 of the Ministerial Decree No.

In order to combat the desertification in Egypt, the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation together with the Desert Research Center have drafted this sectoral National Action Program (NAP), to be implemented in 5 years, as specified presenting the single projects.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive bodies shall publish information related to turnover of agricultural land plots and agricultural land shares envisaged by the Federal Law in an official mass media selected for and entrusted with publication of the official information”.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 15 articles and one Annex, sets out detailed contents of the records of actual use of agricultural and forest land, types of the use, the minimum area covered, the methodology of data acquisition, coordination of information, reporting changes, the publication and access to information, and the way of keeping records on the use of agricultural and forest land. For the purposes of determining the actual use of agricultural and forest land, the special classification is established.

El presente Decreto crea el bono de titulación emitido por el Estado, destinado a legalizar los predios de los beneficiarios del bono de vivienda que posean terrenos o los adquieran para la construcción de viviendas nuevas en áreas urbanas, rurales y urbano marginales.

L’article 1er de l’arrêté susvisé établit que toute infrastructure de stockage visée par le chapitre IV du titre VII de la partie II de la partie réglementaire du Code de l'Eau, dont la construction a débuté après la date de publication du présent arrêté au Moniteur belge doit respecter les prescriptions techniques énoncées dans l'annexe II de l'arrêté ministériel relatif à la mise en conformité des infrastructures de stockage des effluents d'élevage du 1er avril 2004, modifié par l'arrêté ministériel du 28 décembre 2007.

This Act provides a legal framework that will promote and encourage community empowerment and participation. It creates new rights for community bodies and places new duties on public authorities. The Act amends the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, extending the community right to buy to all of Scotland, urban and rural, and improving procedures. It also introduces a new provision for community bodies to purchase land which is abandoned, neglected or causing harm to the environmental wellbeing of the community, where the owner is not willing to sell that land.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The following land areas of agricultural land (maximum and minimum) out of stock of public or municipal land to be allotted to farmers shall be established: (a) minimum agricultural land area – 5ha; (b) maximum land areas: 20 ha (in case of land tenure free of charge); 500 ha in case of allotment on lease or for payment, except for cases envisaged by the federal legislation”.

La presente Ley expide el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, 2010-2014: Prosperidad para Todos. Se trata de un plan multisectorial de alcance nacional cuyo objetivo es el de consolidar la seguridad con la meta de alcanzar la paz, dar un gran salto de progreso social, lograr un dinamismo económico regional que permita desarrollo sostenible y crecimiento sostenido, más empleo formal y menor pobreza y, en definitiva, mayor prosperidad para toda la población.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Administration shall have preferential right of purchase of plots of agricultural land except for cases of expropriation thereof for public and municipal needs”.

La presente Orden dicta instrucciones para la venta de terrenos o fincas rústicos, disponiendo que toda finca rústica que no haya cumplido taxativamente con las estipulaciones de la adjudicación directa, no podrá ser vendida a terceros sin la previa autorización de la presidencia del gobierno tramitada a través del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Desarrollo Rural.

The priorities of regional land policy shall be: (a) state regulation for ensuring conservation of valuable land, agricultural land and land of protected areas; (b) realization of the land right of citizens; (c) application of land tenure ensuring ecosystem preservation; (d) conservation of agricultural land as the basis of agricultural production; and (e) conservation of traditional forms of Cossack land tenure (art. 1).
