The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

Regional state bodies shall perform the following functions in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land: (a) law-making and enforcement of acting legislation; (b) elaboration, validation and implementation of regional specific programs in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land.

This Decision approves the master plan on socio-economic development in the Red River delta through 2020, with the following principal objectives: boost the region’s socio-economic development; make the best use of the region’s advantages to boost growth and competitiveness together with sustainable development; prioritize and focus on the development of a number of spearhead sectors which are capable of driving and leading other sectors’ development and creating specific brand names for the region’s products.

This Circular, consisting of 9 articles divided into three Chapters, prescribes the management and use of riparian alluvial land, coastal alluvial land and coastal land with water surface used for agricultural production, forestry, aquaculture and salt-making. This Circular applies to state management agencies; domestic organizations, households and individuals; overseas Vietnamese; and foreign organizations and individuals involved in the above mentioned activities.

These Regulations implement, in relation to projects for the use of uncultivated land and semi-natural areas in Wales for intensive agricultural purposes, Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment and Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora insofar as it applies to such projects.

The Decision lays down rules and procedures for changing the land resources categories.

This Regional Law regulates some issues of turnover of agricultural land and shares thereof in common property, and also the issues of classification of agricultural land as high-yielding agricultural land. It establishes minimum consolidated land plots of agricultural land as of 1,9 ha, and for drained agricultural land – 1 ha. It envisages expropriation of agricultural land plot in case of non-purposeful use thereof by the owner for the period of three years.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Minimum land area of agricultural land plots consolidated by local government for subsequent distribution shall not be less than rates of similar land plots established by the Regional Government”.

This Regional Law establishes categories of workers of some branches of economy that shall be granted the right of service allotment of land, and also establishes terms and conditions for such allotment. In particular it regards forest service officers and forestry workers, personnel of hunting and fishing inspections. Service allotment shall regard agricultural land for subsistence farming, haymaking and grazing.

The purpose of these Regulations is to protect and improve agricultural environment, prevent and control agricultural environmental pollution and ecological destruction, rationally develop and utilize agricultural natural resources. The Regulations consist of 31 Articles divided into 5 chapters: General provisions; Supervision and administration; Measures for protection, prevention and control; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions.Agricultural construction projects must carry out agricultural environmental impact assessment.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la creación del Fondo Especial del Laboratorio de Análisis y Registro de Materiales Agrícolas, especificando las fuentes de donde ingresarán los recursos del mismo, los cuales serán utilizados para mejorar el funcionamiento del Laboratorio de Análisis y Registro de Materiales Agrícolas. El Laboratorio, conocido como Laboratorio Agrológico, ofrece servicios de análisis de suelo, tejido foliar y aguas de regadío.

This Act amends Chapter 75 of Title 21 so as to require the Chamorro Land Trust to identify suitable land for the cultivation of native plants used for medicinal purposes and establish the criteria, application, and operational procedures for the allocation of parcels. An applicant must submit a proposal for usage of the parcelled lot and a list of plants to be cultivated.
