El presente Decreto expide el Reglamento para la aplicación del impuesto a las tierras rurales, que considerará sujeto pasivo para su aplicación aquel que conste registrado como sujeto pasivo del impuesto predial rústico en el catastro municipal correspondiente.

This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of public and municipal land parcels free of charge to natural persons for individual housing construction and smallholding to the following categories of citizens: (a) citizens with three or more children under 18 years of age; (b) young families, and single parents of maximum 35 years of age; (c) persons in need of improvement of housing conditions. Allotment of land parcels free of charge to the aforesaid categories shall be performed once-only.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the assessment of land value. In particular, article 2 contains details relating to the calculation of land value. The text consists of 4 articles.

The Decree provides the regulation for redistribution of abandoned, denuded, mountainous lands or uncultivated lands to households and families in order to increase their agricultural productions. Households and families shall be assigned with those lands the right to use them and cultivate them.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the taxation of land in Austria. Article 1 establishes that domestic real property is subject to property tax. Domestic real property is, inter alia, agricultural and forestry land and agricultural and forestry enterprises. Article 2 lists cases for which no land tax has to be paid. The Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the expropriation for the Union, some properties and related rights and benefits.
