This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.

Le présent décret modifie la composition de l'organe ad hoc ainsi que la procédure de mise en oeuvre de la constatation de la non exploitation des terres agricoles. La commission constate l’état de non exploitation des terres agricoles sur la base d’enquêtes menées: à l’initiative de ses membres; par les services agricoles; par l’office national des terres agricoles; sur saisine de toute personne.

The Premier decrees that beginning from 1 January 2016 allotment of land plots for farming and expropriation thereof shall be performed by decision of local government in accordance with the opinions expressed by territorial councils of farmers and commissions for examination of applications for allotment of land plots for farming.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment lays down conditions of recovery in the process of recovery R10. This process is described in the Annex and describes land treatment giving benefits to agriculture or ecological improvement and the types of waste acceptable for such recovery.

This Notification made by the Minister of Lands and Resettlement in terms of section 39 of the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995, sets out number, location and description of farming units offered for allotment and invites, applications for the allotment of the farming units offered for allotment. This Decree regulates the agrarian reform and the management of natural resources in Indonesia. It shall be a process of sustainable restructuring, monitoring, ownership and exploration of such resources.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. Section 1 establishes that an application under section 23 of the Assessment Act by an owner of land to have all or part of that land classified as a farm must be in the attached form entitled "Application for Farm Classification”.
