This Decree establishes that payment for long-term lease of agricultural land plots allotted to an agricultural cooperative (shirkat) shall be collected in the form of unified land tax in accordance with rates and within timeframe established by the acting legislation. Annex 2 contains the form of Model long-term lease contract of agricultural land. Annex 3 contains Model statute of agricultural cooperative (shirkat).

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of allocation of agricultural lands for grazing, transhumance and pastoralism and is aimed at specific and rational management of grazing grounds, conservation and improvement of grasses, prevention of soil erosion and land degradation, desertification, other negative anthropogenic impact and conservation and reproduction of natural landscapes. Grazing grounds destined for pastoralism shall be classified as winter, spring-autumn and summer.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley general del Sistema Nacional de Bienes Estatales, que tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley cuyo ente rector es la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales, y desarrollar los mecanismos y procedimientos que permitan una eficiente gestión de los bienes estatales, maximizando su rendimiento económico y social, sostenido en una plataforma de información segura, confiable e interconectada, contribuyendo al proceso de descentralización y modernización de la gestión del Estado.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

La presente Ley aporta ciertas modificaciones a la Ley Nº 18.461, la cual a su vez introduce normas interpretativas referentes al artículo 2º de la Ley Nº 18.062 en tema de titularidad de inmuebles rurales y explotaciones agropecuarias por intermedio de sociedades anónimas u otras personas jurídicas. Las presentes enmiendas tienen por objeto el plazo otorgado a sociedades y asociaciones para acogerse al régimen establecido por la mencionada Ley Nº 18.062.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, respecto a la asignación del subsidio familiar de vivienda que se realizará exclusivamente a través de programas que desarrollen los componentes de retorno y reubicación.

This Regulation establishes an Agricultural Drought Management Board aiming at monitoring, performing risk assessments and reducing the effects of agricultural drought. This Decree covers water management, agricultural techniques, seed and plant diversity, irrigation techniques, economic and social support, planning of pasture feeding and land use, pest management and any measures to implement urgent action and restrictions in arid and irrigated agricultural land. The Regulation covers rules and procedures on the functioning and duties of the Agricultural Drought Management Board.

Sanitary and other conditions of storage, neutralisation and utilisation of liquid urban wastes are determined in the Annex to this Decree. Technological instructions regarding the operation of neutralisation plants must be presented for approval to the territorially competent inspector of the National Public Health and Epidemics Service and to the Environmental Protection Authority. Part Three of the Annex permits explicitly the utilisation of neutralised wastes for soil improvement.

Le présent décret porte adoption du document des stratégies de croissance agricole durable. La mise en oeuvre de ces stratégies sera conçue comme une démarche intégrée impliquant toutes les composantes du secteur rural. Après une analyse des contraintes et des atouts du secteur, le document reconfirme les objectifs assignés au secteur rural par la loi nº 97-024 portant adoption du Programme de relance économique.

This Regional Law establishes that size ceilings of the plots of land that can simultaneously pertain to private property of the citizens engaged in subsidiary small-holding are limited to 5 hectares. Utmost (maximum and minimum) size ceilings of the plots of land conceded to the citizens out of the stock of public or municipal land for subsidiary small-holding is established by the legal acts of the local self-government.

The National Gender Policy is a multi-sectoral instrument applicable at the national level.
