La presente Resolución precisa que no requieren inscribirse en los Registros Públicos las limitaciones al derecho de propiedad de los predios ubicados en Áreas Naturales Protegidas (ANP), para su oponibilidad a terceros, salvo que el dispositivo legal que lo establezca lo ordene expresamente.

This Decree, consisting of 5 Chapters, approves the Regulation of the Legal Regime of Land Registry (RRJCP), established by Decree-Law No. 29/2009. It aims at the fulfilling the objectives related to the univocal identification of buildings, by assigning a unique identification number of common use by the whole Public Administration, enabling the creation of single property information, unifying, in a single information system, the existing registration information, allowing the digital management of the registration.

L’article 1er du présent décret établit que l’Etat peut encourager l’application des méthodes culturales préservant le sol agricole par des aides financières. Les méthodes culturales sont: a) le semis direct; b) le semis en bande fraisée; c) le semis direct sous litière; d) la mise en place et le maintien de la bande herbeuse, aussi longtemps qu’elle ne constitue pas un élément des paiements directs de la Confédération. An Act to provide for the introduction of animals and plants, for the establishment of fences to protect agricultural land ad for the management of stock routes. It consists of 247 sections and is divided into 12 Parts. Part 1 contains preliminary provisions, including definitions of terms under the Act. Part 2 concerns the administration of the Act, Part 3 provides for the establishment of the Rural Land Protection Board and regulates its operation and Part 4 points out the functions and powers of local governments. Part 5 is dedicated to declared plants and animals and their management.

La presente Ley aporta ciertas modificaciones a la Ley Nº 18.461, la cual a su vez introduce normas interpretativas referentes al artículo 2º de la Ley Nº 18.062 en tema de titularidad de inmuebles rurales y explotaciones agropecuarias por intermedio de sociedades anónimas u otras personas jurídicas. Las presentes enmiendas tienen por objeto el plazo otorgado a sociedades y asociaciones para acogerse al régimen establecido por la mencionada Ley Nº 18.062.

El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley que establece los principios generales necesarios para promover la inversión privada en el desarrollo de las actividades económicas en las tierras del territorio nacional y de las comunidades campesinas y nativas, respecto a la necesidad que las comunidades regularicen su organización comunal para la adquisición de las tierras comunales y dispongan del voto a favor de no menos del cincuenta por ciento de los comuneros posesionarios con más de un año.

La presente Ley declara de utilidad pública el cultivo de las tierras de labor, que no lo sean por sus dueños, poseedores o encargados. Se entiende por tierras ociosas: a) aquellas que habiendo sido cultivadas regularmente en años anteriores, no hayan sido preparadas para las fechas señaladas en esta Ley; b) las que fueren denunciadas como susceptibles de ser abiertas al cultivo, exceptuándose las de agostadero que estén en servicio, las ocupadas con huertas y las de bosques cuyos árboles deban conservarse.

The aim of this Law is to recognize ownership rights and to return to ex-proprietors or their heirs properties which were nationalized, expropriated or confiscated, as well as to determine methods and amounts for returning or compensating for lost properties or other rights. This Law does not apply to land regulated by the Land Law. The term 'land' used in this Law includes agricultural land as defined in article 3. Ownership shall be restored except in the cases as provided for in article 4.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of sale of agricultural land plot the Regional administration shall have preferential right of purchase at offered price except for case of sale through public auction and expropriation for public and municipal needs”.
