Sanitary and other conditions of storage, neutralisation and utilisation of liquid urban wastes are determined in the Annex to this Decree. Technological instructions regarding the operation of neutralisation plants must be presented for approval to the territorially competent inspector of the National Public Health and Epidemics Service and to the Environmental Protection Authority. Part Three of the Annex permits explicitly the utilisation of neutralised wastes for soil improvement.

This Regional Law establishes that size ceilings of the plots of land that can simultaneously pertain to private property of the citizens engaged in subsidiary small-holding are limited to 5 hectares. Utmost (maximum and minimum) size ceilings of the plots of land conceded to the citizens out of the stock of public or municipal land for subsidiary small-holding is established by the legal acts of the local self-government.

The National Gender Policy is a multi-sectoral instrument applicable at the national level.

The Act, which is composed of eight Chapters, lays down principles of protection of agricultural and forest lands, recultivation and improvement of land quality. Agricultural lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; recultivation; and preservation of peat areas and natural water reservoirs. Forest lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; restoration of land value; and prevention from reduction of productivity.

La presente Resolución precisa que no requieren inscribirse en los Registros Públicos las limitaciones al derecho de propiedad de los predios ubicados en Áreas Naturales Protegidas (ANP), para su oponibilidad a terceros, salvo que el dispositivo legal que lo establezca lo ordene expresamente.

The National Strategy and Action Plan for Gender and Private Sector is a national strategy with a sectoral approach. The timeframe of the Strategy is four years from 2014 to 2017. The overall objective is to overcome disparities among men and women in the private sector, giving particular regard to access of women to entrepreneurship, including the rural sector.

This Law provides for the administration, rights of use and protection of pastures and meadows. Pasture and meadows are every kind of land covered by grass or shrubs which forms part of agricultural land or the forest fund according to the cadastral documentation of 1 August 1991 (and not being classified afterwards) which is used for grazing by livestock (art. 2). Pastures and meadows are classified as State-owned, State-owned made available for general use, and pastures and meadows in private or co-ownership (art. 3).

La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento de Inscripciones del Registro de predios, en aspectos relacionados con la regulación de los requisitos para la inscripción, independización y acumulación de predios rurales.

Land reform is aimed at redistribution of land for the purpose of setting up conditions for equal development of different forms of economic activity on land, creation of multiple economic structure, rational use and protection of land on the territory of the RSFSR. In the course of carrying out land reform citizens, enterprises, organizations, departments, associations and companies are allotted plots of land with legal guarantees in accordance with the modalities established by the Russian legislation currently in force.

This Regulation sets up the Compensation Fund under the Agency for the Restitution and Compensation of Properties (ARCP). The Fund is destined to restitution and compensation purposes according to Law No. 9235 on restitution and compensation of property.
