These Regulations, consisting of 29 articles, aim to strengthen the management of the assets of the rural collective economic organizations, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the owners and operators thereof. The assets of the rural collective economic organizations belong to all members of the collective economic organization, which are managed by the collective economic organizations, and whose ownership is protected by law. The ownership and the operating rights of assets of rural collective economic organizations may be separated.

The Decree, composed of four articles and one Annex, provides for agri-ecological zoning of sugarcane cultivation and attribute to the National Monetary Found the duty to establish norms to finance the sector of alcohol production from sugar. The Annex provides technical criteria for the zoning and land-use planning.

This Act, consisting of 20 sections and one Table, creates the Chittagong Hill Tracts Land Dispute Settlement Commission.

El presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, en lo relacionado con la definición de Pequeño Productor para los fines de la Ley Nº 16 de 1990, como la persona natural que posea activos totales no superiores a los doscientos ochenta y cuatro SMMLV (Salario Mínimo Mensual Legal Vigente), en el momento de la respectiva operación de crédito.

La presente Ley en primer lugar declara de interés general la preservación y defensa de la soberanía del Estado uruguayo en lo relativo a los recursos naturales y en especial a la tierra. En este sentido la Ley prohíbe la compra y tenencia a cualquier título con finalidades de explotación agropecuaria en todo el territorio nacional a empresas extranjeras o instaladas en el país en las que participe directa o indirectamente un Estado extranjero. El artículo 3º indica bajo qué circunstancias y requisitos se podrán aplicar excepciones a dicha prohibición.

Por medio de la presente Ley la Provincia de La Rioja ratifica el Convenio suscrito con el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, relativo al Programa Nacional de Titulación y Arraigo Rural. Dicho convenio establece el marco para: a) impulsar acciones que hagan a los procesos y programas relativos a la consolidación de áreas productivas, regularización y saneamiento de dominio, tendientes al efectivo arraigo rural y destinado a pequeños y medianos productores; b) promover prácticas de preservación y optimización en el uso de la tierra.

El presente Decreto Legislativo aprueba el régimen jurídico para el aprovechamiento de las tierras de uso agrario, que declara de interés nacional y necesidad públca el desarrollo integral, competitivo y sostenible del sector agrario así como la conservación y el aprovechamiento eficiente de las tierras de uso agrario, con el fin de garantizar la seguridad jurídica sobre éstas.

This Circular, consisting of guides the formulation and approval of plans to use the top soil of wet-rice farm land when it is used for another purpose, to improve poor-quality rice farm land and other arable land; and plans to reclaim, restore and improve other rice farm land to offset the area of wet-rice farm land used for another purpose under competent authorities' land allocation or lease decisions. Domestic and foreign organizations and persons (investors) allocated or leased by the State wet-rice firm land for non-agricultural use.

With this Ordinance, the Code of Good Agricultural Practice is hereby created. The creation of this Code comes along with the implementation of Council Directive 91/676/EEC on the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. The Code has the aim of promoting guidelines able to assist farmers to reduce water pollution caused by fertilizers from agricultural sources and to prevent further such pollution and to set the acceptable environmental conditions for the use of urban waste water for irrigation purposes.

This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. It establishes that the functioning of this Committee is regulated by the Russian Constitution, Laws, Rulings of the Congress of People's Deputies, Orders of the Supreme Soviet, Presidential and Governmental Decrees and Orders and by this Statute.
